Processing Time
All of our treats are made fresh to order.
- Standard processing time: 5–10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

Custom orders: May require additional time depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Processing time begins once payment has been received and confirmed.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Kissimmee, FL (34743).
- Pickup location and time will be provided after your order is confirmed.
- Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window to ensure freshness and availability.
- Orders not picked up within 24 hours of your confirmed pickup time may be considered forfeited.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius of Kissimmee, FL for a flat delivery fee of $50.
- Delivery date and time will be confirmed prior to the event.
- Someone must be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, your order may be returned, and a redelivery fee will apply.

Shipping
We currently only ship select items such as cookies and other non-perishable treats.
Due to their delicate nature, cakes and cupcakes are not available for shipping.
All shipped orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
A Dash of Sugar is not responsible for delays or damages once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also reach out to us at adashofsugar1@gmail.com for guidance.

Warm Weather Notice
During warmer months, we package your items carefully to protect against heat, but please understand that we cannot control weather or transit conditions once the order leaves our kitchen.
We recommend retrieving your order as soon as possible upon delivery.

Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
