1. Once you receive your invoice and review it, payment will be due with 24 hrs from the time it was sent. If payment isn’t received within 24 hrs your invoice will be cancelled. If you require additional time to submit payment, please reach out to us at adashofsugar@gmail.com or reply to your invoice email advising that you will require additional time.

2. If your invoice is cancelled and you request to have the invoice resent there will be a $10 re-invoicing fee applied to your total.

3. If less than 2 weeks' notice is given for the order a $50 rush fee will be applied to total cost.

4. "LATE FEE" - If order is picked up 30mins - 1hr late ($25), 1hr - 2hr ($40), 3hrs - 4hrs ($60). Fee must be paid before cake is retrieved. 

5. Delivery and setup is depending on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price. Starting Delivery cost is $50. If we attempt delivery and no one is there to receive the order the order will then have to be picked up from our location or a delivery reattempt can be made for an additional fee of $50. 

6. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup/pick up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 23 degrees Celsius or below. Please refrigerate cake up receipt/arrival to destination.

7. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

8. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

9. On occasion we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

10. Allergen Information: Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens. We are not a nut-free bakery. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

11. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

12. Our multiple tier cake contain supports such as wooden dowels or bubble straws and we recommend that face smashing into cake is avoided due to possible serious injury.
